Enhanced FEES variant with an additional radio to test the IoT data relay, as a precursor of the constellation. These two FEES satellites will pave the way for future constellations of Picosatellites devoted to the retrieval of IoT data from ground, starting with a first Cluster mission in 2022. The objectives are: \r\nThe satellite will provide a beacon and telemetry data for which amateur satellite users will be able to receive. \r\n Perform a data relay, from the VHF band (reception) to the UHF band (transmission to ground). This will be opened to the radio amateur community. \r\n Test the capabilities of reusable flight platform, which consists of TMTC module, onboard computer, Power system, ADCS (Attitude Determination and Control System), Antenna deployment system, radiation monitoring and payloads. \r\n Test the capability to transmit TMTC command through the Iridium satellite network (non activated at mission startup, granting of permission still pending Astrophysical community and Iridium permissions) \r\n Test LoRa transmission protocol to increase link budget. \r\n Detect the TID thanks to a dedicated radiation monitoring experiment. \r\n Take and transmit picture of the ground. The satellite will have a VHF and UHF downlink in the 144-146 MHz and 435-438 MHz band, two UHF uplink in the 435-438 MHz band and in the 1260-1270 MHz band, one VHF uplink in the 144-146MHz.
