Launched on February 27, 2019, from ELS in FRGUI using a Soyuz-ST-B launch vehicle, it has a length of 1.3 meters, a diameter of 1 meter, and a span of 5 meters. The satellites dry mass is 140 kg with a total launch mass of 148 kg. It features a Ku-band payload and is powered by solar arrays and batteries. The propulsion system uses SPT-50 or BHT-350 Hall effect thrusters, and the satellite has an expected lifetime of seven years.
