It is equipped with a 3-Axis stabilized Uragan-M bus and has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and spans 7.8 meters. The satellites dry mass is 1200 kilograms, and its launch mass was 1450 kilograms. It carries the Uragan-M No. 44L payload for navigation purposes and uses two deployable solar arrays with batteries for power. Manufactured by RESH for KVR/IACG, the satellite has a lifespan of approximately 7 years.
