NAVSTAR 58 (USA 190), also known as GPS IIR-15(M), is a US satellite built by LMVF and launched on September 25, 2006, from Cape Canaveral Air Force Stations SLC17A launch pad using the Delta 7925-9.5 launch vehicle. It has a configuration of AS-4000 and belongs to the Series 4000 bus. The satellite measures 1.5 meters in length, 1.9 meters in diameter, and spans 19.3 meters when its solar arrays are deployed. Its dry mass is 910 kilograms, with a launch mass of 1077 kilograms. NAVSTAR 58 operates for navigation purposes and carries the GPS SVN 52 payload. It uses two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power supply. The satellites shape consists of a box structure plus two panels and has an RCS (Reflective Cross Section) value of 11.7863 square meters. Its mission is managed by AFSMC, the Air Force Space Command.
