The COSMOS 2412 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2412, is a Russian navigation satellite launched on December 26, 2004, from the TYSMC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. The satellite has a length of 4 meters and a diameter of 1.5 meters with a span of 7.8 meters, featuring a dry mass of 1,200 kilograms and was manufactured by POL. It carries the Uragan No. 97L payload for navigation purposes and is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries to power its systems. The satellites configuration includes a 3-axis stabilization system and has a mission lifetime of 3 years. Its shape consists of a cylinder, antennas, and two panels, with an RCS value of 3.9811 square meters. It is owned by KVR/IACG and operated for navigation purposes as part of the Uragan series.
