The COSMOS 2413 [GLONASS-M] satellite, also known as Kosmos-2413, was launched on December 26, 2004, from the TYMSC launch site using a Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It is part of Russias navigation system and operates with a 3-Axis stabilized Uragan-M bus configuration manufactured by NPOPMR. The satellite measures 4 meters in length, has a diameter of 1.5 meters, and spans 7.8 meters when solar arrays are deployed. With a dry mass of 1200 kg and a launch mass of 1450 kg, it is powered by two deployable solar arrays and batteries. The satellites primary mission is navigation, and its shape consists of a cylinder with antennas and two panels. Its expected lifetime is 7 years.
