The COSMOS 2411 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2411, is a navigation satellite launched on December 26, 2004, from the TYMSC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It features a 3-Axis stabilized configuration and has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and spans 7.8 meters with its solar arrays. The satellite has a dry mass of 1200 kg and a launch mass of 1450 kg. Equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power supply, it was manufactured by POL and is operated by KVR/IACG. Its primary mission is navigation as part of the GLONASS constellation. The satellite has an expected lifetime of 3 years and is designed to support the Uragan No. 96L payload.
