It was built by LMMS and deployed from Cape Canaveral Air Force Stations SLC17B pad using a Delta 7925-9.5 launch vehicle. The satellite has dimensions of 1.5 meters in length, 1.9 meters in diameter, and a span of 19.3 meters, with a dry mass of 910 kilograms and a launch mass of 1077 kilograms. It is equipped for navigation purposes and powered by two deployable solar arrays and batteries. The satellite has an expected lifetime of 10 years and was stabilized using the Star 37XFP motor. Its shape consists of a box with two panels, and it has a radar cross-section (RCS) value of 2.5118.
