The satellite has a bus configuration of Uragan and is 3-Axis stabilized. It measures 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters and spans 7.8 meters when fully deployed, including solar arrays. Its dry mass is 1200 kg, and it had an initial launch mass of 1415 kg.
