Manufactured by LOR (Lockheed Martin), it has dimensions of 1.5 meters in length and 0.6 meters in diameter with a span of 12 meters due to its deployable solar arrays. The satellite weighs approximately 380 kg when dry, with an initial launch mass of 450 kg. It is equipped with a communication payload and uses the LS-400 AOCS motor for attitude control. The design includes a box shape augmented by two panels. GLOBALSTAR M059 was launched to support global communication services, powered by solar arrays and batteries.
