GLOBALSTAR M030 is a communication satellite, also known as Globalstar FM30, with a NORAD catalog ID of 25854 and an object ID of 1999-037D. It was launched on July 10, 1999, from the Air Force Eastern Test Range at SLC17B using a Delta 7420-10C launch vehicle. The satellite measures 1.5 meters in length and has a diameter of 0.6 meters with a span of 12 meters due to its deployable solar arrays. Its dry mass is 380 kilograms, while the launch mass was 450 kilograms. GLOBALSTAR M030 is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power supply.
