COSMOS 2362 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2364, is a navigation satellite launched on December 30, 1998, from the TYMSC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. It was manufactured by POL and operated under the ownership of VKSR/IACG for navigation purposes. The spacecraft, based on the Uragan bus, has a configuration of 3-axis stabilization, measures 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters, and spans 7.8 meters. At launch, it had a mass of 1300 kilograms, reducing to a dry mass of 1200 kilograms. The satellites power system consists of two deployable solar arrays and batteries. Its shape is characterized as cylindrical with antennas and two panels. With an RCS (reflectivity cross-section) value of 3.981 square meters, the satellite was designed for a three-year lifetime.
