The COSMOS 2363 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2363, is a Russian navigation satellite launched on December 30, 1998, from the TYMSC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. With a dry mass of 1,200 kg and a launch mass of 1,300 kg, it measures 4 meters in length, has a diameter of 1.5 meters, and spans 7.8 meters with its solar arrays deployed. The satellite is equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power generation. It operates on a three-axis stabilized platform, designed to support navigation missions as part of the GLONASS constellation managed by VKSR/IACG. Manufactured by POL, it has a mission lifetime of 3 years and features a cylindrical body plus antennas and solar panels in its structure, with an RCS (reflective cross section) value of 3.981.
