COSMOS 2364 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2362, is a Russian navigation satellite built by POL and launched on December 30, 1998, from the TYMSC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. It has a configuration of 3-axis stabilization, measures 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters and a span of 7.8 meters, and had a launch mass of 1300 kg, including its dry mass of 1200 kg. The satellite is equipped with deployable solar arrays and batteries for power and carries the Uragan No. 86L payload. It has an expected lifetime of three years and is owned by VKSR/IACG. Its shape consists of a cylindrical body, antennas, and two panels.
