COSMOS 2323 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2325, is a Russian navigation satellite launched on December 14, 1995, from the TYMSC launch site using a Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. It features a 3-Axis stabilized configuration and has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 7.8 meters when its solar arrays are deployed. The satellites dry mass is 1200 kilograms, with an initial launch mass of 1300 kilograms. Equipped for navigation purposes, it includes deployable solar arrays and batteries for power generation. Manufactured by POL, the spacecraft has a cylindrical shape complemented by antennas and panels, with a radar cross-section of 3.5853 square meters. Its mission was expected to last three years.
