The satellite is equipped with 2 deployable solar arrays and batteries for power, and it weighs 1200 kg dry with a launch mass of 1300 kg. It features a 3-axis stabilized configuration and is part of the Uragan series manufactured by POL for VKS (Russian Aerospace Forces).
