COSMOS 2307 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-2307, is a Russian navigation satellite launched on March 7, 1995, from the TYSMC launch site using the Proton-K/DM-2 vehicle. It has a 3-Axis stabilized configuration and measures approximately 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters and a span of 7.8 meters. The satellites dry mass is 1200 kg, and it was launched with a mass of 1300 kg. Its mission is navigation, utilizing the Uragan No. 65L payload. It has two deployable solar arrays for power generation and is equipped with batteries. The spacecraft, manufactured by POL, operates in cylindrical shape plus antenna plus two panels configuration, with an RCS of 2.2878. The satellite was owned by VKS and had a projected lifetime of three years.
