The spacecraft measures approximately 4 meters in length with a diameter of 1.5 meters, featuring two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power generation. Its dry mass is 1200 kg, while its launch mass was 1300 kg. The satellite was manufactured by OAZ and has an expected lifetime of three years.
