It was configured with a 3-axis stabilized system and designed for navigation purposes. The satellite measures 4 meters in length, has a diameter of 1.5 meters, and spans 7.8 meters. Its dry mass is 1200 kg, and it had a launch mass of 1300 kg. Equipped with two deployable solar arrays and batteries for power, the satellites shape consists of a cylinder with antennas and two panels.
