The satellite COSMOS 1652 [GLONASS], also known as Kosmos-1652, is a dummy satellite launched on May 17, 1985, from the Tyuratam (Baikonur) Space Center at Launch Pad LC200/39 using a Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It was manufactured by OAZ and owned by GUKOS with the mission of being a dummy satellite for the Uragan system. The satellite has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 7.8 meters, with a dry mass of 1200 kg and a launch mass of 1300 kg. Its shape consists of a cylinder with antennas and two panels. It does not have any motor or power systems. The satellites RCS (Reflectivity Cross Section) is measured at 0.3 square meters.
