The COSMOS 1595 [GLONASS] satellite, also known as Kosmos-1595, was a dummy satellite launched on September 4, 1984, from the TYMSC launch site using a Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It has dimensions of 4 meters in length and 1.5 meters in diameter with a span of 7.8 meters. The spacecraft had a dry mass of 1200 kg and a launch mass of 1300 kg, manufactured by OAZ for GUKOS under the Uragan bus configuration. It was equipped with the Uragan GVM payload and had a shape described as Cyl + Ant + 2 Pan.
