It has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 7.8 meters with a shape described as Cyl + Ant + 2 Pan. The satellites dry mass is 1200 kilograms and its launch mass was 1300 kilograms. Manufactured by OAZ, the spacecraft carries Uragan GVM payload equipment for the Uragan mission configuration without any motor or power system.
