The COSMOS 1414 [GLONASS] satellite, also known as Kosmos-1414, is a dummy satellite launched by GUKOS on October 12, 1982, from the TYMSC launch site using LC200/39 and the Proton-K/DM-2 launch vehicle. It has dimensions of 4 meters in length, 1.5 meters in diameter, and a span of 7.8 meters with a shape described as Cyl + Ant + 2 Pan. The satellites dry mass is 1200 kilograms and its launch mass was 1300 kilograms. Manufactured by OAZ, the spacecraft carries Uragan GVM payload equipment for the Uragan mission configuration without any motor or power system. Its radar cross-section (RCS) is 0.9297 square meters.
